The 15th Annual Nature Art Show at the Thacher Nature Center will open Saturday, March 10 with an Artists’ Reception from 1-4 pm. Area artists are given the opportunity to showcase their work of nature based subjects, excluding people and buildings. I will have three pieces on display. The show closes March 28.
My work is on display at the Otis, MA Library for the month of July. This year’s theme is the “World of Nature”. Don’t miss the reception Friday, July 14 from 5-7 pm.
If you enjoy nature in general, stop by the Emma Treadwell Thacher Nature Center, 87 Nature Center Way, Voorheesville, NY. The annual art show with each piece reflecting a theme from the natural world is in place for the month of March. This is truly a top notch show, not to be missed. I have three pieces in it.
At the moment I have a painting on exhibit at St. Agnes Cemetary (yes, there is an art center there!) at 48 Cemetary Avenue, Albany, NY. A reception will be held March 25 from 2-4 pm for the Firehouse Artists Show. The show will run until the end of March.
Tis the season and my paintings are on display here and there. “Tea for Two”, a charming silhouette harking back to the Victorian era, is hanging at the Sanborne Library in Colonie. “Pack of Pooches” is spending two months at Saratoga Arts and over twenty other paintings are on display at the Glen Eddy in Niskayuna. Reception January 5 at 4 pm. Come see and sip.
For the month of June my art work will be displayed at the Otis, MA Public Library on North Main Road. Drop in and enjoy. A reception will be held towards the end of the month.
Stop by at the Niskayuna Library, Nott Street Ext. and enjoy all the 23 paintings I just hung in the Altshuller Activity Room. They will be there for your viewing pleasure until the end of February.
I just dropped off a painting at Saratoga Arts, just one of the venues that you can see my work on display in November, December and January. Other galleries are: Art de Cure at the Endocrine Group, 1365 Washington Ave., Albany, the Sanford Library in Colonie and upstairs at the Bottle Museum in Ballston Spa. Stop by and take a look.
